- Viewington is a multi-stream viewer that embeds Twitch content.
- Your stream list and preferences are stored locally in your browser (not on our servers).
- You are responsible for complying with Twitch’s rules and the rules of any content you view.
1. Who we are
Viewington (“we”, “us”) is a web app for watching multiple Twitch streams at once. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Twitch Interactive, Inc. (“Twitch”).
2. Using the service
By accessing or using Viewington, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Local-only settings: Viewington can store your stream list, layouts, and preferences in your browser’s local storage so they persist across refreshes.
- No account required: Viewington does not require you to create an account with us.
- No server-side storage of your lists: We do not run a backend for saving your stream lists or profiles.
3. Twitch compliance
Viewington uses Twitch’s official embed/player scripts to display Twitch content. Your use of Twitch content is subject to Twitch’s terms and policies.
- You agree to comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Twitch may enforce playback restrictions, ads, overlays, authentication, and other requirements inside the embedded player.
- You will not use Viewington to violate Twitch rules, evade restrictions, or infringe intellectual property rights.
- Twitch, the Twitch logo, and related marks are trademarks of Twitch. All Twitch content is owned by Twitch and/or its content providers.

4. Third-party services
The embedded Twitch player is a third-party service. Twitch may collect data about your viewing (for example, through cookies and similar technologies) according to Twitch’s policies. We do not control Twitch’s data practices.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the Twitch player’s security, ads, authentication, or restrictions.
- Do not use Viewington for unlawful activity or to infringe rights.
6. Disclaimer
Viewington is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for Twitch outages or changes to Twitch’s embed/player behavior.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted on this page.
